It consists of 4 bedrooms with private bathroom, one of which is equipped for disabled people, and an outdoor living area with sitting area and garden table.

The rooms have independent access (with shutter door, mosquito net, thermal break doors) and are equipped with air conditioner / heat pump, TV40 ", mini fridge and hairdryer.  

For those wishing to use it, a cafeteria / kitchen area, an enclosed garden of about 1000 square meters, with a parking area, is available to share with other guests. They are also for common use  available terrace, outdoor showers and washing machine. ​

At guests' disposal a vegetable garden (compatibly with the period of stay).
